What legal services does Edward Young provide?
Beyond notarisation and apostille, we provide independent legal advice for guarantees and mortgages, advised declarations of trust for property co-owners, and wills and lasting powers of attorney for existing clients. All are fixed-fee and delivered by SRA-regulated solicitors and notaries.
Are your legal services regulated?
Yes. Edward Young Notaries & Lawyers is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority for legal work and by the Faculty Office for notarial work, is STEP-qualified, and holds professional indemnity insurance.
Do you charge fixed fees?

No. The office is on Wigmore Street in central London, but these services are provided to clients across England & Wales, with remote appointments available.
